Quiet Deconstructor &12 slots

Description

Makes your deconstructor sound loop ~80% quieter\Silent.
Also increases it's slots to 12 (they will be small though)

Its not 0% volume, its about 15-25%

It only changes the vanilla deconstructor code, so it should not be having any conflicts, but it wont buff their decons

how does this work with mods that edit deconstructures? I.e barocraftables.
