Briefing:

We have found his location, he will pay for what he has done.
You will invade his land, and Crush him!
Be aware, his presence is great and he will send everything he's got.
We grant you full access to our arsenal and put it to good use.
He knows he's been compromised and has set up extra defenses.
Prepare yourself for a fight.
Crush Qatar and anyone who follows him, and leave no one, no prisoners, no survivors.
For Kane, for the Brotherhood.

One more thing
since we captured his Communications Center.
We can now call in airstrikes since he was connected to GDI
So destroy sam sites that are out of his base to be able to call in air strikes
