Scenario about the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Two playable factions - Russia and Ukraine (third one is observer, for testing purposes).
I recommend to play this map with my 'Cities' mod that gives 9000 HP for cities, making them more likely to become captured instead of being destroyed. Balance is slightly biased for the Ukrainian victory, and for the Russian defeat, but it's not so predetermined.

The base-building is disabled. Many units are banned due to the balance.

The arrangement of troops is an attempt to depict the situation on February 24, 2022.
Ukraine has access to more advanced (western) units but they will take long to arrive at the frontlines. Russia has limited amount of elite irreplaceable units, while having more units overall. Russia and Ukraine have some ships but they can't build new ships because it would be unrealistically fast. Russian Airforce is superior but also can't be replaced (only repair is allowed). Only the most cheap planes can be produced by Russia, to depict the presence of Iranian drones. That's sums up the balance, if you have some suggestions, feel free to write it in the comments.

About the map and it's geography:
I've decided to go with more detailed version with all the rivers. All the major Ukrainian cities are present, including ones in Donbas. The western part is made unpassable to prevent AI for expanding there. Ukraine has two unreachable refineries to represent the Western financial aid.
