Description
A series of brutal defeats have left the carrier aviation community with an inescapable conclusion - that their carriers are not capable of defending themselves. As a result they have rebuilt their whole fleet from the ground up, with new carriers that are designed as airships from the outset, rather than following thair previous philosphy of getting a ship and putting enough suspendium in it that it could fly. They have also developed a series of light escorts to protect the carriers from enemy ships, to provide additional firepower that the carriers cannot, and to each carry a single aircraft to swell the fleet's overall air power in the crucial early part of the battle. Their defenses have also been revamped, with less emphasis on aircraft for their own sake and more on actually stopping the enemy from taking the territory. This new fleet replaces the stock "Flattops" fleet, and consists of 41 Airships across 9 Tiers, 25 Buildings across 7 Tiers, uses three special resources, and has been updated for 1.2 and the Heroes & Villains DLC. Technologies have also been reworked to give a good start economically, technologically, and to build a Fleet Academy early to take advantage of its crew training bonus.

Airships:
Frigate Escorts - Light escort airships armed with explosives and good against buildings and large, slow-moving or stationary targets.
Destroyer Escorts - Light escort airships armed with Rifles, Gatling Guns, and Flak; just the job against enemy aircraft or boarders, or for shredding lightly-armoured targets.
Gunboat Escorts - Light escort airships armed with cannons and turrets, good for hitting armoured airships.
Torpedo Boat Escorts - Modified Frigate Escorts with the addition of Aerial Torpedoes, perfect for cracking open fortifications or large dreadnoughts.
Light Carriers - Aircraft carriers built to maximise their air power for the minimum cost. They are offensively very powerful, but don't expect luxuries like repair tools, point defense weapons, or any sort of boarding defense!
Carriers - The true fleet flagships, expect a lot of air power, much better survivability than Light Carriers, long-range weapons to hit the enemy from the far side of the map, Command bonuses for both their aircraft and your fleet as a whole, faster turnaround times between launches, and at least some effort made to defend against boarders.

Buildings:
Small House - A small structure designed to defend a town.
Large House - A larger defensive structure designed to defend a city.
Defended Airstrip - A small airstrip suitable for a single plane, coupled with some local defenses.
Fortified Airstrip: A larger airstrip suitable for a pair of aircraft, coupled with a larger point defense building.
