Eco Mid-Rises

This is a selection of Green Cities (DLC) Ecological Buildings to create a medium density residential pack. I converted the assets to make them grown as low density buildings, availible at the start of game. There is no need to make any district specialization like the regular Green Cities buildings, just select the district style.

This pack countains only 1x2 and 2x2 buildings, of every level! As the game's system behavior is to maximize building lots, it's highly recommended to zone 1x2 and 2x2 in a intentious way, like a cherckerboard to prevent the empty backyards.

The mod Realistic Population 2 is highly recommended to adjust the number of households.
