Dark Clan Rictus Uniforms

Description
Hello.
I thought it was dumb how one of the most sneaky Skaven's clan has such bright uniforms, so I decided to make them darker and look cooler.
That is all.

Clan Rictus itself isn't really that known for being sneaky, that's more of a Tretch specific thing

Rictus as a whole is all about brute force and Stormvermin

I feel like their game 3 changes best reflected this. all of the sneakiness was stuffed into Tretch's lord trait and their faction effects are now set up to encourage you to basically blitzkreig with experienced Stormvermin spam
