(6) Wake Island

This was requested from a user to be 3v3 so I threw together 2 more teams. Needs to be fully tested but should accommodate all buildings. Currently testing, you can download and play it yourself as majority of the map is completed. Some issues may exist.

Changes:

New water texture (still flickers :( )
Fixed Towers that could not be garrisoned
Added more prop fluff
Fixed bunkers so they can be garrisoned now
Added more room to both sides to ensure max building area
Added atmosphere and fog into the map. Also changed time of day. Let me know what you think!
Changed bridge to be invulnerable

Issue:
Water freaks out graphically (As a temporary fix, I added a different water texture to make the map playable without the flickering)
