Civilization: Broken Army Singer
City +10% culture value, double bonus in peace. Happy cities +2 major musician points for each theater square they have. Cities with ecstatic happiness receive a double bonus.
When you are a suzerain, each city-state under your jurisdiction has a +5% culture bonus. When completing a building, you receive 15% of the culture value equal to the cost of construction, and 30% when completing a spectacle.
The apocalypse provides 50% of the municipality instead of 40%. +200% for travel results from musical masterpieces.

Replaces Theater Square. Gives +1 culture value to all Songbird Stages.
When you have more than three singer stages, the city +10% culture value, the completion of the singer stage and the area buildings can get a singer.

Featured building: Songbird Concert Hall
A musical masterpiece. If there is already an archaeological museum or art museum in the Theater Square area, it cannot be built.

Featured improvement facility: the songbird's garden
+1 culture value, +2 gold coins. +2 Charisma. Additional cultural values and travel credits are awarded for continued progress in technology and municipal trees. Cannot be built on snow, frozen earth, snowy hills, frozen earth hills or next to other gardens.
