City of CPU (205k population, 18k / week Metro)

REMEMBER TO USE UNLIMITED ORE AND OIL BEFORE OPENING

This is the City of CPU. It's called CPU because the metro system underground reminds me of a CPU. The metro system is utterly insane. There are 18k users per week on the metro system. Traffic is stable at 80% and there is an active industry to keep the amount of imports down. The city is self sufficient and should be able to survive without resource imports from other cities. Citizens are NOT allowed to use cars of any kind. I made the entire city traverse-able by Metro or walking. I only used a handful of mods. Networking Extensions 2, TMPE, Super Hearse AI. All these are necessary to open the save. You only the DLC, industries. Without Industries, I don't think this build would've been possible.
