Small warning for other people who maybe didn't know this:
This mod overrides any other mods that change the same settings it does. You normally won't notice this but I did notice it when the red flashing health warning that I'd had turned off with a separate mod for the longest time turned itself back on after installing this.

>while spamming nukes
You'll notice some draw distance sharp lines where the nukes were supposed to remove terrain though.

This mod seems to work really well.
By setting "flexible updates" to 1 and lower some values relate to chunk loading, the performance has been significantly improved.
I can have more than 30 fps while spamming nukes. I could only have 6 fps before.

At chunks loaded 1, you definitely can tell once you start moving faster than default walking speed. The terrain behind you gets unloaded in a really noticeable way. At any rate, if your cpu isn't a single core, having it at 1 usually won't do you much good if I understand things right, unless the game starts to lag death itself because of something extreme happening.

it says "How many chunks are loaded in, lower values are good for slow CPUs but..." and the rest is cut out of the screen I am wondering but what? I set it to 1 and can't tell the difference

Im not sure i can really fix the fog of war, the issue is that the game engine generates the texture, and it doesn't handle zooming properly, id suggest maybe zooming less or using a starting perk mod to give yourself ASE?

Hi, when dezooming the camera, the fog of war does not seem to properly get removed when I explore. Is there another option I need to touch for it to work properly ? :p

There's other ways to quickly access the restart with mods active button functionality, and the profile switch ingame is quick to click and then you can save and exit, which is a good idea if the game starts chugging badly.
