[Simfphys] Cars of War 3

Currently adds:
- Rat Bike
\_ Unused Bike with a sidecar set to have an air cannon. Cannon needs batteries, batteries sold separately. Or when I figure out more Simfphy lua.

- Rat Truck
\_ A four wheeled truck with a flat bed and roll bar. Commonly used during Pendulum Wars, and resurfaced in the Lambent Pandemic.

- A van
\_ small van or SUV I found while looking for vehicles, a nice tactical military design. 4 seats and 2 spots in the back.

- Cargo truck
\_ A cargo truck, specifically the one used for "Mission to Mercy". Has the trailer, just as a prop. Not sure how to make it work though.

- Cargo truck 02
\_ Another cargo truck, just a world object made into a car. Has a trailer and trailer item.

- Cargo truck 03
\_ Anoother cargo truck, like the same with 02. a world object made into a car. this one has 3 bodygroups though. 1, is to be an ambulance, 2nd is a tank on the back with 2 skins, one green, one blue and shows signs of explodeable, 3rd is a exploded tank using the same texture as the non exploded one.

- cog cars 1-4
\_ random cars from the environments. All with doors and bones to open hoods and trunks if they're there.

- cog 'armadillo' APC
\_ The standard cog army armoured personal carrier. with 3 guns, 2 on the sides and one facing backwards.
Press the default simfphys door lock key, normally 1 or the driverseat button. To open/close the front door. locking the vehicle from entering.
