Classic Wes Stats/Modifiers

Adds:
113 Health
113 Hunger
150 Sanity
1.25x Hunger Rate

Removes:
Hounds Target
Overheat/Freeze Modifier
Grogginess Modifier
Lightning Target

Configure Mod to set "Classic" or "Standard" for each stat/modifier.

@leafy loaf , in the mod settings you can independently enable/disable each of the changed stats. When disabling, game default values are assigned.

is this an off/on mod or could we pick the stats? i like the lower stats he has now but kind of miss the increased hunger rate
