It's common practice to upload source code to GitHub:
- If any other people wish to look at the code for assistance/searching for causes of bugs
- If the mod creator needs help with making changes to the module (Bug fixes, logging, Twitch Plays, etc...), and pull requests make that easiest
- If the mod creator goes inactive, and the module is found to have a bug, reuploading the module with fixes makes this easy
It's completely optional, but still recommended to avoid these problems.
The community for the modded version of the game almost exclusively uses the Repository of Manual Pages found at https://ktane.timwi.de/ . Here, all the manuals for all the modules found on the workshop are hosted here. I've gone ahead and converted your manual to an HTML and put everything required onto the site. (https://ktane.timwi.de/HTML/Nokia.html) .
Additionally, nearly everyone in the community is in the official KTaNE discord, found here: https://discord.gg/K6uQMyBcYZ
I've noticed that @Gl1tch3dL1m3#8819 is already present in the server, so I'll assume this is you. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me at @Quinn Wuest#7429 or pop a message into some channels. #repo-discussion can be used for help with any manuals, and #mod-creation can be used for help with general mod making.
