Rangers Skin | Golden Eye 007 - Male 3 aka "Dwayne"

Replaces the ranger texture by wrapping the horrible and beloved Goldeneye enemy head texture over it. Best i can do since we can't mod playermodels

features:
- imitates the multiplayer player skin "male 3" with the dark pants and red shirt
- looks like sh*t, if not worse than the original actually
- uses the same resolution for the textures as the N64
