Venom Immunity Expanded

Description
This mod makes more creatures immune to venom in line with real life.

Changes

The following creatures, and their man and giant variants, have been made immune to some venoms:
  • pig
  • honey badger
  • hedgehog
  • opossum
  • mongoose
Venoms from these creatures specifically:
  • king cobra
  • black mamba
  • helmet snake

Opossum and skunk have been made immune to venom from:
  • rattlesnake

Kingsnake have been made immune to venom from:
  • copperhead snake
  • rattlesnake

Gila monsters have been made immune to venom from:
  • rattlesnake

By default most are only immune to their own venom and not the venom of their giant and man variants. I have made it so they are. This applies to the following:
  • king cobra
  • black mamba
  • copperhead snake
  • rattlesnake
  • bark scorpion
  • brown recluse spider
  • gila monster
  • platypus
  • adder
  • bushmaster

Reasoning

Pigs, honey badgers, hedgehogs, opossums, and mongooses have defences against alpha neurotoxins. King cobra and black mamba venom contains said toxins. Total immunity isn't realistic in all cases, but partial is impossible and so I erred towards making creatures more interesting. Helmet snakes are fictional, but the symptoms are a close enough fit to include them.

Kingsnake hunt other snakes and tend to be immune to their venom. Typically only the types of snake in their environment.

From my reading it's not entirely clear which venomous creatures are immune to their own. By default almost all venomous creatures in game are immune to their own. Expanding this so all variants are immune to each other's venom because presumably it contains the same toxins.
