Large Lobbies

Description
Increases the max number of players per lobby to 100.

Note that this does not increase the maximum number of players per team -- if you want more active players, rather than more spectators, you would still need maps that support them (or a mod to increase the number of supported players in all maps).

Update on version 0.2 *should* fix connection issues with joining p2p games with over 10 players; please let me know if the issue persists.
