KAT Chemical Extended

Description
An extended explosive arsenal for use with KAT & it's recent Chemical Warfare.

Atm it only adds: Gas IEDs, Bounding Mine, AT Mine.

But I will be adding some more things when I get some inspiration, feel free to suggest something!
