Description
New signal models!

Adds modern quad gates, quad gates w/walkout and four additional models that put the signal on the shoulder. Models fit sidewalks, TFMR, roads, and 8 streets up to eight lanes.

@Xenith I looked into it but there were issues aligning them. It appears most of these older signals were closer to the road than the modern ones anyways. So I put off updating these til later.

@nolan those come with the freestyle train station, but better ones can be found with AV's footpath stand alone mod.
