Description
This Mod adds a small tree house near Helgen, ideal for the starting Player.

Features:
* Tree House Merchant
* Safe Storage Chests (Bandit Boss Style)
* Cooking, Blacksmithing, Alchemy, Enchanter, Tanning Rack.
* 3 Beds (One in Private Attic when Merchant goes to sleep).
* Ladder entrance and Balcony with a view.
* 2 internal trees
* Some furnishings.
* Navmeshed interior.

Version 1.0
M7 - 2014.
NO DLC NEEDED!

Updated: 08-11-2014:

- I added a Rooftop seating area from Attic.
- I added some target dummies below, too.

Note: Helgen Reborn Mod may be nearby the tree house, according to one game tester.

Bethesda needs to set aside extra land for modding purposes in their games.

future mod designers will most likely have this issue of where to locate their work, because others have already taken the desired place. :)

Just to let you know, I love your mod andI shall be using it next time I restart the game, but when I want to play through Helgen reborn I will just have to remove it. So sad, I was hoping that it was going to be higher up the mountain.

I took 4 pics altogether but these 2 show it better. There might not be a problem for a while but the biggest problem could be if you have the treehouse and then decide to have the Helgen reborn mod, best talk to the maker of the other mod about this perhaps?
