Additional Diplomacy - Send Delegation

Description
Allows you to send a Delegation to receive a diplomatic boost and reveal the foreign Capital. AI may do the same. (More likely to happen when DoF and more or less likely depending on loyalty of the Leader.) Send a Delegation requires that the other Civilization feel either Neutral, Friendly, or Afraid (Not Hostile, Guarded, or War). Delegations reset on war.

Not compatible with the other 'Additional Diplomacy' mods, use the all in one if you want to use multiple mods.
