Venator - "The Eclipse" 2.1

Description
Venator "The Eclipse" 2.1

This is the latest version of the Venator Eclipse.

This composition has been made for the community to use. You can modify, add or remove assets from this composition as you wish. Just credit myself for creating this composition.

The composition has been "optimized" by making all objects without interactions and moveable parts either simple objects or the object has its simulation turned off. All objects have damage except for the vehicles and turrets.

This ship has a couple of features on it, such as turrets which can be remotely controlled from terminals and a script that changes the aperture settings of the players inside that triggers area. Making this ship compatible with night time operations.
This ship has:
- 1752 objects.
- 8 turrets, 4 on the port side and 4 on the starboard side.
- several triggers for the vehicles and lights.
- about 52 aircraft are already present, ranging from LS and 3AS LAAT gunships, LAAT/c's BTL-B Y-wing bombers, ARC-170's, Z-95 Headhunters and V-19 Torrent Fighters. It also has 8 ground vehicles present in the form of 4 RTT's and 4 Saber tanks.

How to place this composition correctly:
When placing down the composition make sure to disable the Vertical mode so the objects don't spawn in the wrong positions. And use the rotation widget to rotate the checkpoint.

Want to remove assets?
If the composition is too heavy for you to run, you can remove the following sections with making minor adjustments:
- The bridge can be deleted if you'd so please, this does mean you are removing the terminals from which you can control the turrets, but the turrets remain functional.
- Reactor bay & reactor control room, if you want to remove these two area's, the only thing for you to do is to block off the X cross junction so your players don't look out through the ship to the stern. Or you can make a hallway piece a simple object.

Any of the other mods cannot be removed from the composition without needing a lot of work to rebuild it.

Hi what happens is that the Legion Studios Base, they updated everything and changed the name to everything then before the venator base was called Venator_base_5 with the update it was changed to ls_staticShip_venator_open_fullHollow according to what is in the line of code that's why it disappears when trying to use or open the doors etc.

No, Legion Studios Stable Base updated recently, they did a massive rework of their mod and I suspect that they have moved the model of the venator to a different class name. Hence why that might not be showing up. I also haven't made any updates to any of my comps as I have been busy with life. Soon I will make a return and bringing all compositions up to speed with all the mod changes is one of the goals. But when exactly? I can't say.

not to sure if im doing something wrong, but the interior works just fine, however on the outside its missing pretty much everything, no roof, floating turrets and engines etc.. i have toggle verticle mode

this is the coolest of all compositions for ships im gonna have some fun with this. The only disappointment is when you take the elevator from the bridge to the lower decks you can't go back again, Other then that I recommend this above all other venator compositions.

@Mr.Moonman I am happy you got it to work. Some parts of the ship are rescaled so until they load correctly, it can look a bit weird. Or you need to have 3den Enhanced loaded to see everything correctly in eden.

Update to my comment below, I was going off what it showed me in the editor, this is a full composition, and has no errors or at least miss placed things, that was a thing on my end and I apologise for it, if anyone else has this issue seeing such in the eden editor or seeing it as if it was broken, all that needs to be done is loading into the game itself, this composition is not broken as I falsely assumed below, my bad.

Very Nice Composition, However, sadly there are some issued I have found looking at it, in the briefing room there is a corner that leads into the void of the ship, and the vehicle hangars have no bottom, idk if this is due to the replacement of the platforms or if the composition is stuff being worked on, there is also some floating corridor edges or what ever they are floating in the underside hangar, as well as some of the main hangar areas are a little off or miss placed, I have followed the instructions to place down compositions, so idk if its something I did wrong or if it is with the composition, but all in all a nice composition, I will however, till that is fixed or addressed use the 1.0 version of the Eclipse
