Less Dwarfen Runes and Ancillaries slots

Description
Made by request. Reduces Dwarfen runes from 3 slots down to 1 slot, and ancillaries from 8 down to 6.

When I update all my mods when SFO gets updated I'll fix this up. I haven't touched the game in months.
