Description
Victor is Dennis' father. After the demise of his wife, Rebecca, rediscovering her in every bit of their son was his daily solace...for a while. After Dennis' heart condition was diagnosed, the cost of treatment far exceeded their means, so Victor tried virtually anything that could put money on the table. He worked security, investigation, even personal fitness training. Their application for access to GMHP services was a long shot, if nothing else, but they unexpectedly got both cleared for admission. Victor gets lost in thoughts sometimes, but he's that kind of guy one instantly likes without knowing why.
Dr.Burke's personal notes:
"There's no way the Sinclairs could afford Dennis' secondary treatment batch, so Gillian suggested I should offer Victor a job as my Chief of Security, which I did. Best decision I ever made. They still can't afford P4K transplant, they'll just never know it".

Of course I would welcome any possible help, it's actually a pleasant surprise to find out that people are still using some of my crew in their playthroughs. I have a lot of catching up to do and I didn't get the chance to browse the new options you mentioned.

There's also been some changes thanks to SAD_CommonLib that allow for new traits, such as increased weapon damage and range, if those are the kinds of things you'd like to include with them.

Don't mention it. I was away for a (long) while, it should come as no surprise that my 'ancient' work is, well...ancient. Very soon I'll have all the time in the world and I'll go through every one of them ... If I still remember how ;P

Victor can be easily fixed. Open the Mod Editor, then his mod, and fix the broken breakdown field by changing it to Breakdown Decrease instead. Save it and you're good to go.

Confirmed, Victor is causing issues on new game.
