[TV News] Midnight Riders Tour - (Animated)

Replaces the Static TV prop with a custom fan-made animation about the Midnight riders tour, the animation last 12 seconds (250 frames) and has a lower framerate due to the files being heavily compressed for optimization reasons , initial file size was 225 mbs and now is decently packed into a 60 mb file at the cost of a bit of less seconds of animation that were discarted due to the source having some framedrops.



DISCLAIMER: Sound is not included by obvious reasons

The tagline is still a placeholder because I was tired after compressing the files and making the custom background so i decided to make a quick reference about the Ceda sign taglines.. because why not? ... Anyway wasnt happy seeing this really good animation not getting much attention on Youtube soo i made a mod out of it.
