Description
The Hunter Building [earth.google.com] is an office building in downtown Chicago, IL. The south face of the building has a cool mural which sadly not many people see due to the highway on the other side of the building.

The reason the textures part is blank is cause this asset is made up of many sub-meshes with differing texture sizes.

Can be found under the Lvl 5 Unique Buildings tab.

@MrLimeBoy: I've been really busy with school lately but yes definitely! I'll add it to the list.

Do you have any plans to make Jones College Prep? I think it would cool to have it in game.

@Gilded Age: I double checked an they are all correct. I had to resort to using sub-meshes since the mural basically needed its own dedicated texture(2048x2048). Mostly because the bricks behind the mural would not be detailed enough. However I might have gone a bit overboard with the sub-meshes, so I will look into optimizing. Thanks!

16MB is much too big for a building of this size. You should check your textures and make sure they are all powers of two. If one is slightly off by accident such as 1025x1024 then the game won't compress your files during import and you'll end up with a bigger footprint.

Very nice. You should make the Home Insurance Building, the world's very first skyscraper (and it was from Chicago)
