Change Player Speed

Description
Allows to change player base speed from sandbox options.

How to change a player speed
You need to set the value under Sandbox options > Mod ChangePlayerSpeed > Speed multiplicator
Speed multiplicator is a gain: 0.5 will half your speed. 2.0 will double your speed.

This mod can only be added to and extended with the express permission from the original creator. Having received permission, credit must be given to the original creator, both within the files of the mod and wherever the mod roams online.

@JOMBi It modifies movement speed only and is not compatible with Shoes Speed mod so you will have to choose.

looks interesting - what does the change of speed effect? Just movement or also combat? Does it over write clothing and shoe modifiers or take them into account?
