Nankai-Railway Type-1201 Electric Train '18 meters standard class'

This was the main train of the prewar Nankai Railway.
In contrast to the 2001 class, which was used for express trains, this car was made slightly smaller to accommodate commuters.
It was originally built as a renewal of wooden cars, and was later increased in various ways.
Although it was a branch line section, it was used for a long time and was in service for nearly 60 years.

Moha1021:
This 18-meter standard class was built by utilizing parts of a car that was destroyed by fire in an accident.
It was separated from Moha1201 due to the difference in motor.
The motor was exchanged and incorporated into Moha1201.

Moha1051:
It is an 18-meter standard class built as a renewal of an old type train.
The type was divided because the motor was different as well as Moha1021.
The motor was exchanged and incorporated into Moha1201 as well.

Moha1201:
It was the core of this type of car, and the nature of its motor allowed it to have a high output.
Many of the cars were incorporated from other types, or conversely,
became a different type due to modification, and their career is full of complications.
Ten cars survived in the branch line section and were in service for nearly 60 years.

Moha1551:
It is an 18-meter standard type with a more powerful motor.
Therefore, it was often used for honor trains.
It is also famous for pulling Saha 4801 at the end of its life.

Kuha1901:
18-meter standard type trailer car. Once built with this car
many of them were equipped with a motor and became Moha1201.
The history of this car is also complicated.

Kuha2851:
Due to the shortage of accompanying cars for type 2001,
it was converted and remodeled from the Kuha 1901 that had been manufactured at short notice.
Therefore, its appearance is the same as that of Kuha 1901.
