Additional Diplomacy - More Diplo Modifiers

Description
Adds additional diplomatic penalties and bonuses.

Positive modifiers:
+ You've completed the same Policy Branch
+ You have a Trade Route with them
+ Pledged to protect the same City-States
Negative modifiers:
- Occupy a City that was originally theirs
- At war with a player they've made a DoF with
- They covet your natural resources (they have tech for but none of a strategic resource which you have a source of)

Not compatible with any of the other 'Additional Diplomacy' mods, if you want to use them together use the all-in-one version.

That's a good idea. If one of the leaders are militaristic/expansionist, or are currently at war, then they're competing for influence/allies, if not, then they could play along others.

This enriches the model in a good way. It should have been part of the release. But it's also good that we're able to mod.

Mmm yeah, may change it to be either positive or negative depending on leader's aggression or diplomacy values.
