Description
In this Promenade & Plaza like street, this features a two way tram with grass/greenery on track, and dedicated bike lanes, all on a flat street or no grade separations.

Promenade & Plaza DLC is not required but Traffic Manager: President Edition is recommended so you can ban private vehicles on this road/street along with the two DLCs that I listed under "Required DLC".

If you're wondering why this is low effort, this is one of my first go at a custom road using TDM's Road Builder so idk how to make the elevated/underground version pretty so stick to ground only. Screenshot coming soon.
