EPE + TIP Vol. II + Ibn Battuta's Legacy 2 Compatibility Patch 1.8*

Description
Hello fellow TIP Enthusiasts!

Since the last version of EPE + TIP Vol. II compatibility patch provided by Zarays is currently out of date I decided to post this for all those that want to use both TIP and EPE AND Ibn Battuta's Legacy 2.
It SHOULD work just fine but as I am rather green with coding I will be very thankful if anyone notices any issues and reports them in comments. Before reporting make sure that those issues are caused when only those 3 mods mentioned above and this compatch (+obviously Ibn Battuta's + TIP Compatch) are enabled.
I might one day work on standalone versions for IBL2 + EPE and TIP vol. II + EPE, but since I use all those mods I just created one big compatch. Feel free to use any files provided in my compatches.

!!! Please ensure this mod is put after the TIP Vol. II + Ibn Battuta's Legacy 2 Compatibility Patch

@ Zarays -> his 1.7.2 compatibility patch for EPE and TIP Vol. II was bulk of this updated version
@ -sb- zveroboy -> TIP Vol. II elements
@ elvain -> Ibn Battuta's Legacy 2 elements
@ Celticus and rest of EPE team -> Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded elements

Happy to serve, though unsure if it is all still compatible with CFP, heard there were some crashes as of recent so might need to craft a separate compatch for that too

Ok, mod has been updated regarding EPE additions, will do some checking with TIP in a bit

FYI TIP has been updated since 1.8.2 - guess the other mods have been also? IDK.

Just started up a play through with this and everything seems to working as intended. Looks like ya did good here.
