"Cuchillo de Serpiente" - the Snake's Dagger - is a widely known name in the maximum security prison in Valledupar. The person it belongs to goes by the very inoffensive name of Theodore A Zachary. Whatever he did before his time in prison must have included some kind of knife fighting techniques, because nobody can claim to have actually SEEN the shiv appear in his fists during his many stand-offs. Among the guards they say he's the Kingpin factotum, the evil to fix all evils, but the two were never actually seen sitting together so that may very well be a mere legend.
