Even in the apocalypse people still need to get across rivers, and it even comes with a radio station to communicate to outposts! On both ramps there are two button to put down the ramp and extend the ramp

(DISCLAIMER) the turnings a bit funky and the turn is your reverse (just rotate it until its facing backwords, you can see the thrusters if you zoom all the way out) also the turning thrusters can drift so keep an eye on them or turn them off when cruising

Button 1 - turn left

Button 2 - turn right

Button 3 - turn on turning thrusters

Button 4 - turn on straight thrusters
