Easy Mechtech

Description
Removes the need for the signal chip/power focus chip/ nanorestructuring chip study requirements for the various tiers of Mechtech research. Allowing a more peaceful mechanitor playthrough.

Best paired with a mod that allows crafting of the various chips.

This mod didn't work on a new start. Must be a conflict somewhere.
