new very cool elemental weapons and a pyro character


current ver 0.1.2:
- added compatibility for burn stacking 0.6.0

ver 0.1.1a:
- buffed windswept bow and water gun
- pyro can activate his ability with joystick A / Y
- (a) minor fix for dev logs
