Basic animated loading screen

Description
A few notes about animated loading screens:

Source 2013 is mostly single threaded. Map loading will block rendering, which means animations are limited at best and will almost always look choppy.
On particularly slow machines this can also mean that rendering will block map loading, and animations can lengthen load times.
