Pear's Motor Works proudly presents the new ROC miner! After hearing about new technical possibilities PMW introduces the PMW Levelling System (PLS). With the new hotkeys you can easily turn off the front hovers to get more manoeuvrability during mining, turn it back on to easily hop out of your freshly dug hole, where once a resource was!
some creature comforts aboard make this an ideal partner for early game. In later game you can install a drill turret for an even more relaxed mining experience.

Yes, she is slightly under CPU, but is this a problem? No. Her thrust is good enough to still perform fine and generator power does not peak over 100%, ever. Early game you will have plenty of power to dig out nodes and bring them back to your (temporary) base.
And yes, her harvest hold is pretty big.. too big? No. Early game you can clearly feel when you start to become to heavy. For pentaxid that is about half the ore hold. But once you have a starter CV or SV miner carrier you just park close to a node, hop out with your miner and use logistics to empty out the ROC and continue mining.
The big hold is intentional; at level 20 you can install a mining or tool turret. Just add a little hole (with a (shutter)door) in the bottom of your CV hangar, park over a node, and mine it out from inside the comfort of your CV!
You can also switch out the minigun turret for a salvage turret and get a jack of all trades! options! PMW strongly believes in changing your blueprints to your own needs!

Tunnel digging height; keep it below 1m for easy tunneling, once at the deposit you can play with the hover height for some more tilting. Dont forget to try out the PLS!
