Notes: Doesn't have NavMesh, Also the textures may look wired since DOI and Gmod is on difference verisions of hammer. I also know about that blacked out texture i cant fix it sorry.

One of the rooms is missing textures sadly. Hard for me to describe, but basically one of the rooms in the buildings next to the river.
