Amazing Race Tweaks! Argonian

Description
Now Argonians are amazing! This mod adds other new abilities and powers to the Argonian and Argonian Vampire races. (See the video.) Works with new or existing player characters. Completely safe. If you unsubscribe, abilities and powers return to what they were.

2016 Edition released. A new edition of this mod is now available, here: ART! Argonian (2016 Edition). The new edition adds a new Shadowscale power, and give Argonian NPCs the same powers as the player character. It has a poison cloak instead of a shock cloak, and lets you use the Histskin and Shadowscale powers once every 10 minutes.

New abilities: Swimming speed more than doubled. Health increased by 50. Resistance to all melee weapons damage. Resistant to poisons and shock.

New or enhanced powers: Histskin heals twice as fast and may be used continuously under water, or once a day on land. New shock cloak power, which is also usable continuously under water, or once a day on land.

1. Description
============

The goal of this series of mods is to make each race amazing. If a mod doesn't give a race powers and abilities you can't get from any other race, then it shouldn't be called Amazing Race Tweaks! Right? I made this mod for myself, as I was unsatisfied with the Argonian player race abilities and powers. Argonians are masters of the waters of their Black Marsh homeland! Shouldn't they be more powerful than others under water? So I gave the race more than just waterbreathing. Is it a cheat mod? Yeah! But I don't think it is too overpowered. It made playing an Argonian more fun. I hope you have fun too!

==========
2. Features
==========

Increased swimming speed ability. Argonians have tails, so their underwater speed is now 2.5 times faster. (This was something I found other player race mods were unable to accomplish. It's an ability Argonians of ESO now have.)

Enhanced Health. Since High Elves have +50 Magicka, it seemed right to give Argonians +50 Health. After all, their racial power regenerates health.

Histskin - enhanced power and new lesser power. Argonians should have their powers enhanced while under water, so the Histskin healing power (like the shock cloak power) is now available any time you are swimming, or once a day while on land. The healing rate is also increased from 10 to 20.

Hist Cloak - shock cloak power and lesser power. Since Dark Elves have a fire cloak, Argonians now have a shock cloak. This power may be used once a day on land, or anytime under water. (Hey, if electric eels can shock their foes in our world, it's not unrealistic for Argonians to do the same in Skyrim!)

Hist Stealth - stealthy swimming lesser power. Argonians should be stealthy swimmers, so they now swim silently (like the muffle spell) and they can call on the Hist Stealth power to escape detection while swimming (uses invisibility, as the game does not allow sneaking when swimming).

Hist Scales - damage resistance ability. Argonians have a lizard's skin, with protective scales. So I gave them a slight (10%) resistance to ALL melee weapon damage. It's like having a 10% increase in armor.

Poison resistance ability. Argonians must encounter more than disease in Black Marsh, so they now have a 50% poison resistance, in addition to their 50% resistance to disease.

Shock resistance ability. Since Argonians have a shock cloak power, they now have a 25% resistance to shock. (It's not as great as a Nord's 50% resistance to frost, but it is better shock resistance than any other player race.)

Weakness to frost. Argonians are probably semi-cold-blooded, so they now have a -25% frost resistance.

Starting skills for new player characters, only. The starting skills should match their new abilites and are modified as follows. Sneaking and Restoration: +15. Light Armor, Lockpicking and One-Handed: +10. The total starting skill bonus is increased from +35 to +60. Starting spells are now Healing, Sparks any Fury.

Works with Vampires. If your Argonian is a vampire, he will get the same enhancements, plus vampire powers and abilities.

3. Safe for Existing Characters
===========================

The mod was extensively tested with both a new and an existing character. In all tests, removing the mod was safe, as none of the new abilities and powers were permanent. You may subscribe to try it out. If you decide not to keep it, simply unsubscribe. Your character's abilities and powers will return to what they were before. For a new character, the stat bonuses will remain.

I have confirmed that when I turn these race mods on my jump becomes very high. Is that a bug or a feature?
I really like the race improvements but I hate the jump.

Have an issue, am confused. Subscribed to this and the other ART mods, specifically left out the Argonian 2016 version because I'd really rather have this one. But my new Argonian character has the massive buffs to Restoration from the 2016 version, yet everything else seems to be true to this version (no poison cloak and such). I'd like help, if that's okay.

You should just make it where health and stamina regenerate faster underwater instead of a lighting cloak, that's too magical
