[Stage2] Luther, the Reptile

There is a certain unease one usually experiences while meeting the Reptile's eyes. It feels as if he's studying a insect on a microscope, dissect the very being with his laser-like gaze then expose its organs and watch them crumble to the four winds. His touch is sweaty and cold and there are hardened inmates in Valledupar who preferred to walk the other way just to make sure their paths don't cross. Luther is a member of the Kingpin's Black Kings, but that's not as if he's won too many popularity contests either.
