Modifies various mechanics to make combat more satisfying

Features:
- Decapitations
- Flinch animations for Creepers and Slashies
- Heavier impact noises and particles when shooting bots/ragdolls
- Camera knock and red screen aura when taking damage

Modifies:
- Creeper.anim & Slashy.anim
- Creeper.outfit
- Flesh.surface & Cover.surface

It's good.

Can we get bigger blood puffs prior to the final shot? I'd rather see a toned down decap blood splash and more leading up to the final shot.
