Absil began manufacturing sports equipment in 2141, but did not find much success until 2146, when they introduced their lineup of anti-gravity capable products, such as AG-running shoes. The biggest surprise hit of this lineup was the Zipping Zidane, a football powered by a built-in miniature AG-drive. This allowed the ball to be programmed to hit any target, which made it an ideal practice tool. Naturally, this also made it an ideal catalyst for cheating, pranking, head injuries and groin injuries. Millions in sales were basically guaranteed. Although it was discontinued after generating a mountain of lawsuits, the Zipping Zidane still adorns the Absil company logo to this day. With this experience in AG tech behind them, Absil seeks to join the AGL with their own ship, Preste. Its spherical cockpit makes it clear that the Zidane still lives on in spirit.
