TOC to team Quebec:

Intel confirmed us the location of a small insurgent cache. The cache contains vehicles, weapons and at least one of ours held hostage. It is also a radio communication site.

Keep in mind only the cache is confirmed to be small, we do not know the number off insurgent on place. You have the autorisation to open fire at anything looking like a threat.
