Faction-Asteroid Ships

Adds a small and very rare single block unlockable faction to your galaxy, based off the player ship from the hit 1980s arcade game Asteroids.
They are very slow, fragile, and have an infinite damage blaster cannon thingy. They need to go right ontop an r packet to pick it up and are 1k p each with self replication abilities but not r generation abilities.
If you are going to play this faction i reccomend a minable asteroid mod.
