This swep mimics the anomalous effects of SCP-173[scp-wiki.wikidot.com]

Left click kills a random entity or player around you by teleporting you to it and snapping its neck with a 15 second delay between teleports.

If there are 3+ players/entities looking at the player while this swep is equipped, they will be unable to move or use the teleport function!

Scales you up to 1.25x your model size (To be used with this playermodel)
20x walk speed
