Great job! And especially thank you for the music. These masterpieces are reminding me of my childhood time, when I first heard them on the 'special occasions' beyond the everyday spam of Soviet culture.

@knjaz Lol dude, russia under putin's regime IS objectively fascist. There's nothing communist about their current government.

Petliura was one of the very few people in his era actually fighting against pogroms, you can literally read his speeches condemning them. The only "source" on Stepan being a "Nazi" is actually putin claiming Petliura fought with Hitler, you know, ignoring the fact he died in 1926, full 7 years before Adolf even came to power. FSB isn't the smartest in their propaganda, lol.

In general, WTF with questionable accounts objecting against Ukrainian leaders not being all Mother Teresa in the game with playable characters who ACTUALLY killed millions, like Genghiz Khan, Napoleon, Attila, and sralin, whose body count is higher than all of the above combined... But I guess since sralin killed millions of Ukrainians, it's okay for Firaxis to glorify him?

@Sonic Dude, quit it. You've read a single line on wiki and now you're trying to play smart just because "WIKi tOlD mI DaT". Did you know about OUN-M and OUN-B? Their differences? Why did the original OUN brake apart? Maybe you at least know that almost 80% of WWII Bandera was in a Nazi jail for trying to create an Ukrainian State on the occupied by nazis territory? Have you understood the historical context of the whole Schwartzbard trial? Have you tried to THINK, not simply READ? Or it's too dificult and it's much easier to read some lines on wiki, don't dig an inch deeper and think you're smart? For your next message I'm giving you a homework: read about the "Holodomor 1932-33". And if you're as smart as you think, you can also read about the Stalin's repressions. After that you try to think about the information access back in the days and the soviet propaganda and censorship. Then combine all those things together and try to understand why people were joing the nazis or UIA.

According to the Slava Ukraini mod collection which this is a part of, all of these mods are dedicated towards a fight against "genocidal fascism".
I agree with you that Russia is not fascist, I was just pointing out the irony that Petliura, who saw many genocides under his reign, is the leader of a mod to represent such a dedication.

@knjaz Nice broken brain you have there funny man, but the idea is that this is a Ukraine Civ, thus it's dedicated to Ukraine. Petlyura's time in the short lived attempt at a Ukrainian independent state is a part of their history of struggle against the USSR.

Frankly if any of you (including the modder) had any brains at all you'd understand the ridiculous idea of Russia being fascist over, you know, Soviet.

I understand your point, but would you dedicate a mod of Hitler towards the victims of genocidal fascism? It was written under the "Slava Ukraini" mod collection that these mods are "explicitly dedicated to the Ukrainian people in their ongoing fight against genocidal fascism."

P.S. guys who tryin' to find any hypocrisy are stupid. That's just mod for game about particular historical person. There isn't any assessment of what this person did durin' his life. That's like disrespectin' authors who made mods adding Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein or Mao. Cringe.
