I hope you have fun with it! :)
I'm sure you have already done all this but:
1. Make sure you have Mass Transit and the Content Creator Pack both active on game load. (Try placing a CCP asset in game to double check)
2. Make sure Tree Anarchy Temporary Fix is active in the Content Manager
If it still fails then it looks like a mod conflict. You should be using Compatability Report https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2881031511 , but if not. try loading the game with only the required mods/DLCs enabled. The map should then load, which will the require you to find the conflict by hand.
Good luck. It is worth the effort as this is a strong vanilla style map.
Thank you very much!
I will add it to the requirement list.
I think I found the problem for you. By your lighthouse you have a small parking lot from the Train Stations Content Creator Pack DLC. Players who don't have the DLC will find the map unplayable. You should either remove the parking lot, or add the DLC to the requirement list.
Other than that, I really enjoyed checking out the map, the terrain and tree work was really very good indeed.
But other than that I do not know what would cause an issue like you have.
