Walking ragdoll NPCs (Real entities not dupe)

Description
You can find them in Entities as "Ragdoll NPCs"
They can be moved with the physics gun and they can walk on props.

Unlike normal NPCs, these are real prop_ragdolls, so you can weld Wiremod creations to them.

this is underrated as hell and also with my ragdoll physics mods the fast metrocop and ragdoll npc become serverblight :pggun::SonicManiaTails:

when the museum said "ooh ooh, ooo-ooo ooh ooh, ooh ooh oooooh, ooh oooh ooh oooh ooh oh" i felt that
