Description
After Snatcher increased the wind speed of the Alpine Skyline to make the wound-up windmill deathwish, he forgot to well... stop it. The increased activity has caused the windmill to break apart in a tornado, but with the destruction a new time piece that was being stored in the basement was revealed!
