[HB] Coldwarg Reskin

Description
As per request :) I hadn't seen this mod yet, which is kinda silly since I'm working on another one by the same person...!

Replaces the coldwarg texture and corresponding apparel with a HD reskin! Requires the original mod to run, as this is just the textures

Mid-Game:
Should be safe to add or remove at any time since this is merely a texture repath

Do you take requests? There is a clothing mod I've used in all of my modlists ever since it was released all the way back in like 1.0 -- Kenshi Apparel Pack

It's been in desperate need of a reskin though.
