Description
This addon adds a few chat commands for roleplay servers

Prefixes ! or /

/looc (used for local out of character chat)
/me (used for roleplay actions)
/rp (used for roleplay actions announced to everyone
/roll (Generates a number 1-100
/showid (Presents the team name of the player)
/r or /radio (used as a radio command eg. /r [US] [Text]
/open (used as open radio)
